As the nature of this work is confidential, I am unable to fully showcase this project. However, I can provide a description of the work I’ve done.

I assisted the main UX Designer for 3 months up until its launch. During this time, I worked within an Agile team by helping define requirements and improvements for the design, as well as designing the UI and prototyping a lot of the logged-in section of the website.

We worked closely with developers to ensure that the final product would be consistent with the prototype and the company’s Design System. We had alignment meetings with the PO and other stakeholders frequently. While the main UX Designer was absent for a few weeks, I had to take on more responsibility, which as a junior UX Designer, was both a challenge and a great learning opportunity.

We also prepared a research plan for a usability study as well as a survey for measuring UX efficiency.

The website was successfully launched in August 2022 and has been used by over 185,000 people in Brazil and worldwide within the first 6 months.
